Who are we?
Founded by a group of business executives in 1989, Yukon Training was built on hands-on, skill set training that helps you raise the skill level of your people and take your organization to the next level. At Yukon, we take a customized and flexible approach to every customer and every program.
Our flexibility includes customizing our courses to meet your company’s objectives including a live, virtual or licensing option for our blended learning workshops. Each of our facilitators are certified, experienced experts in their field. We have worked with global companies and have trained in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Over 85% of our clients are repeat business and 70% of our clients are referrals.
Yukon has trained more than 130,000 professionals and has over $3 billion in documented incremental revenue for our customers. Our focus of expertise ranges across many business-to-business industries.
Yukon sees training as more than an event…instead, it is a journey that has three very distinct phases: a before, during, and after. At Yukon, we will partner with you every step of the way…from preparing for the event, handling the training event, and then ongoing coaching programs to continue the learning long after the event has concluded.
At Yukon, our goal is to partner with and become integrated into our customer teams. Our experienced, certified instructors are considered some of best in the industry and will partner with your team to relay their practical knowledge and skills.
How will Yukon elevate your teams?
Yukon utilizes a unique Blended Learning approach that focuses on customized solutions to ensure alignment with your goals to leverage resources and technology to engage learners and extend the learning process beyond the classroom.
